The October 1 shooting was the deadliest in U.S. history – 58 people died, hundreds were injured, and #OnlyInDistrictOne was changed forever. On this anniversary and every day, we must recommit to addressing gun violence. Thoughts and prayers are not enough.

A quarter century ago, the United States experienced one its most significant tragedies. May we never forget the 3000 lives lost on 9/11 and the countless heroes who served selflessly during this event. Every day we are grateful for our law enforcement and emergency response personnel.

As POTUS comes to Las Vegas this week, let's remind him that his "No Tax on Tips" policy is severely limited and sunsets in 2028.

On this day 6 years ago, the #GreatAmericanOutdoorsAct was signed into law! This critical investment has spawned over 400 projects across National Parks and created over 72k jobs. I’ll keep fighting for these special places for future generations to enjoy.

Last month I led a bipartisan group of lawmakers urging congressional leaders to include funding for water conservation efforts in the Colorado River Basin in an upcoming supplemental spending package. We must protect this source of life for so many.

Nearly one year ago, POTUS signed his Big, BS Budget Bill into law which is making people hungrier, sicker, and poorer.

#Throwback to when I spoke out against this disastrous legislation on the House floor before its passage by Republicans in the middle of the night.

Enshrined in our Constitution, this is a win for our democracy and a great reassurance to the millions of people looking to achieve the American Dream for the next 250 years and beyond.

POTUS needs to get off his high horse and sign the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act into law.

Our air traffic controllers work around the clock to ensure travel remains safe and reliable. As our airspace becomes more congested and complex, the least we can do is ensure that our control towers are adequately staffed.
